- Which assets are in the pool, by type and region
- Each period's rent report and asset values
- Every payout, onchain
- Not shown: tenant names and personal data
Holders can also see
- Their own balance and claimable rent
- Their claim history
- Payout math for each period
- Not shown: other holders' personal details
Auditors can request
- Leases and bank statements behind each report
- Appraisal files and legal documents
- Manager invoices and cost breakdowns
- Access is granted case by case
